By downloading, installing, or using OYMI (“the Application”), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”) with the Developer. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, do not use OYMI.
You represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement in your jurisdiction. If someone using the app is under 18, parental or guardian consent is required.
Our Privacy Policy is incorporated by reference into these Terms. Together, they govern your use of OYMI. How your data is handled—including on-device transcription and features that process transcribed text—is described in the Privacy Policy, not repeated here.

OYMI is offered as a paid app on the Apple App Store, as described at the time of purchase on the App Store. Apple’s terms, payment rules, and refund policies apply to your purchase. We may adjust pricing or offerings for new downloads as permitted by Apple; material changes will be communicated in line with App Store requirements.
You retain ownership of the content you create in OYMI (such as recordings and transcript text). Technical details of storage, processing, and optional features are covered in the Privacy Policy.

OYMI does not include built-in cloud backup of your journal. We cannot restore your entries from our systems if you lose access to your device or delete the app. Device or iCloud backups may still exist depending on your settings, as described in the Privacy Policy.
OYMI, including its code, design, functionality, and associated intellectual property rights, remains the property of the Developer. These Terms grant you only a limited license to use the Application.
Feedback or suggestions you choose to send may be used to improve OYMI without obligation to you, subject to what the Privacy Policy says about information you voluntarily provide.

OYMI IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
OYMI is a personal journaling tool. It is not medical, legal, or mental health advice and is not a substitute for professional care. AI-related features do not replace qualified judgment; use your own discretion.
OYMI is built for compatible iOS devices. We do not guarantee it will work on every model, OS version, or configuration.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL THE DEVELOPER BE LIABLE FOR:
OYMI is developed and maintained by an independent Developer. That limits the resources available for support, updates, and liability compared to larger companies.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Developer from claims arising from:

Your use of OYMI must comply with the Apple App Store Terms of Service and applicable usage rules.
These Terms and the Privacy Policy are the full agreement between you and the Developer about OYMI.
If any provision is unenforceable, the rest remain in effect.
Not enforcing a provision does not waive it.
You may not assign these Terms. We may assign our rights in connection with a sale or transfer of the Application.
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated version and adjust the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent allowed by law and the App Store.
The App Store age rating for OYMI is as shown on the product page at the time you download the app.
BY USING OYMI, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE.
OYMI is independently developed and maintained. We aim for a careful, privacy-conscious product, but resources differ from those of larger companies. Thank you for your patience and feedback.
